Fleur graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2001 with a Batchelor of Laws, and was admitted as a practitioner of the Supreme Court of Tasmania in 2002.

Before commencing her law degree in 1998 Fleur completed a Batchelor of Nursing with the University of Tasmania and has worked in a variety of clinical settings including endocrinology, orthopaedics, plastics and chronic pain, in both private and public hospital settings.

Fleur is a member of the litigation team at DMA practising in the areas of Insurance law and personal injury.
