Mr. Dewhurst has extensive experience in both the IT and Telecommunications industries in Asia and Australia and has had senior executive roles in both of these areas.He has had a great deal of experience in Joint Venture and "start-up" businesses and has been involved from the time of initial capital raising through to operating companies.He has worked extensively with both OTC and subsequently Telstra, in joint venture positions.Mr. Dewhurst was an Executive Director with ATEL in Korea.ATEL was a telecommunications Joint Venture between POSCO steel of Korea and Telstra.

Mr. Dewhurst is a Senior Executive with Optus Communications, a subsidiary of SingTel.Together with its regional partners, SingTel is Asia's largest multi-market mobile operator, serving more than 52 million customers in six markets - Australia, India, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Thailand.The Group employs more than 19,000 people around the world and had a record turnover of S$12 billion (US$7 billion) for the year ended 31 March 2004.

Mr. Dewhurst graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology in Canada.He has acted as Chairman of the American Chamber of Commerce Telecommunications Committee in Korea and has been keynote speaker at a number of conferences dealing with Electronic Commerce and Electronic Distribution.
