Dr. Deriso went on to a cardiology fellowship at the Oschner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana.He is board certified in Internal Medicine and is a member of several medical societies.

After completing his internship and residency at Emory University, he was employed as a Hospitalist at Emory University Crawford Long Hospital. He also served as an Instructor of Medicine at Emory University.

Dr. Deriso went on to a cardiology fellowship at the Oschner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana. He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Cardiovascular Disease and is a member of several medical societies.

Dr. Deriso joined Cardiovascular Medicine in July, 2007. He is currently on staff at WellStar Cobb, Douglas, Kennestone and Paulding hospitals.

Dr. Deriso is married and has one child. He enjoys golf, snow skiing, and travel.
