With a quarter century of experience as a professional advisor to America's wealthiest families, Mr. Delf has developed a unique set of skills.These skills are focused in the areas of wealth transfer planning, financial transaction related tax strategies, and the development of technologies designed to leverage the process of client service delivery for financial services.

Prior to founding Plexus, Mr. Delf was a Partner at Arthur Andersen, LLP - a global multidisciplinary professional services organization with over 385 offices in 84 countries.While at Andersen he was one of 37 U.S. partners in Andersen's 850 person global Private Client Services group.

As one of seventeen members of Andersen's National Specialty Team for Family Wealth Planning, and one of two partners funded nationally, he served as an expert national resource to Andersen's 70 offices throughout the country.

Mr. Delf played a key role on Andersen's Private Client Services leadership team.He managed Andersen's national Focal Person Group of 40 partners, principals, and managers who assisted him in the design, implementation of a sophisticated client service delivery process and the technological tools to support that process.He was the principal architect and managing partner for the development of Andersen's proprietary client service delivery tool, the Universe of OptionsTM,.

Prior to joining Andersen Mr. Delf was Vice President of The Heritage Organization, Inc., a high-end, 100-person, boutique tax planning firm.Heritage also specialized in working with ultra-high net worth individuals.

Mr. Delf earned, with honors, both his Bachelors in Business Administration and Masters in Business Administration from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Mr. Delf is married with two children.
