Ron Delaney, used-car manager at Billy Navarre Chevrolet of Sulphur, La. said the program should be very good for the new-car side of the operation and for GM and GMAC."The sooner they (GM remarketers) get their hands on the car the better," Delaney said."Consumers should take advantage of this program.If they can get out of their lease early, they should take it and run."Delaney said that as a consumer , he is leasing an "old-body style" Chevy Suburban , he'll turn in his lease early."If I can get into the new body style, and not have to wait until my lease is over, I'm ahead of the game," he said.
