   Dee later graduated from Burroghs Business College.
   
   Dee married Orville Means in June of 1940. During WWII she was employed at the Pacific Naval Air Base in the Surplus Property Ward in Oxnard , Calif. , and was a member of the Sojourners Club. She was also charter President of Barbaraworth PTA in Brawley , Calif. , and sang in the Musickeepers and was also Past President of Southside Garden Club , both in Oxnard.
   
   After Mr. Means's retirement from the Department of Highways in California , they moved to Imnaha , and settled at Imnaha River Woods. Due to health problems they later moved to Milton-Freewater.
