Devi Dee
Devi was born in Zimbabwe and grew up in an orphanage in Harare. He has a BA in Child and Youth Care, University of Victoria, 2004, Certificate in Social Service programs from Langara College, 2001, and a counselling certificate from Vancouver Community College.
