Tom Decker holds a BFA in fine art and is an animator/director with over twenty years experience.He has worked for many production studios including Warner Bros. and Disney.A recipient of an artists fellowship grant from the City of Ventura, he is completing work on an independent animated film called Morning, Noon and Night.He is also an instructor of traditional animation at Santa Barbara City College.
