The BOE's Tim Decker has requested a matrix of "Hands on Experience" from the DWR staff, which specifies how many hours and how many wells or pump installations qualify for "Hands on Experience.

There was a HUGE IRONY pointed out first thing at that meeting by our expert, Tim Decker of WWA, that DOWN-HOLE WATERS WERE COMINGLING DURING THE MEETING!

Mr. Decker is a Certified Professional Geologist (AIPG) and Registered Professional Geologist in Wyoming and Utah, with over thirty years of experience as a geologist, hydrogeologist and technical sales representative. He has provided expertise to governmental agencies, municipalities, consulting engineers, mineral exploration and mining companies, drilling contractors and attorneys, while employed by the Navajo Nation, Wright Water Engineers, Johnson Division UOP, and, since April 1983, as principal of WWA, Inc. This experience is primarily in the water supply field as chief project hydrogeologist, in addition to water rights and groundwater contamination/litigation cases as an expert witness. Hydrologic and geologic computer data base management experience has been applied on projects throughout the Rocky Mountain Region. He assisted engineers, drilling contractors and government agencies in well design and construction throughout the five state Rocky Mountain Region as technical sales engineer for Johnson Division, U.O.P.

Over the past thirty years, Mr. Decker has conducted numerous groundwater training seminars and schools for trade groups, universities, government engineering staff and foreign professionals (three overseas schools in Bangladesh through Utah State University). These have included short course programs for Bureau of Land Management, Bureau of Reclamation, US Forest Service, Agricultural Schools, Colorado Water Well Contractors and Realtors.
