Ms. Tiffany Decker

Tiffany Decker (English Teacher) joins North Star after two years teaching 10th, 11th and 12th grade English at the Metro Paterson Academy for Communication and Technology (MPACT) of Eastside High School in Paterson , New Jersey . At MPACT, she served as the Director of Admissions as well as a member of the school management team.In 2002, Ms. Decker created the 12th grade English curriculum that is used throughout the Paterson School District . 97% of her students passed the Language Arts portion of the HSPA in 2003, and 90% passed in 2004.Prior to joining Teach for America in 2002, Ms. Decker graduated cum laude from Agnes Scott College with a B.A. in English and History.
