Decker, Director of Wellspring, is a dedicated camp professional with fourteen years experience running residential special needs camps in New York.Thomas earned his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.Thomas is a Visitor for the American Camping Association (ACA) accreditation program and has completed the ACA Basic Camp Directors course and served as Secretary of the Association of Special Needs Camp Professionals.Thomas believes that camp is a special place to create new friendships, learn new skills and have fun in a safe and caring environment.
