DECKER, 81, of Fair Lawn died Monday.Before retiring in 1988, he was a unit assembler for General Electric Co., Paterson, where he worked for 25 years, and was a member of United Auto Workers Local 191, Paterson.He was an Army veteran of World War II and had been a prisoner of war.Arrangements: Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Fair Lawn.
