Thomas Tad Decker

Ginty replaced Decker on the board in September.He is currently senior vice president for key executive services for Right Management.He's also served as a past president of AT&T Pennsylvania; as senior counsel for the Supreme Court of the United States; as a trial attorney for the Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in Washington, D.C.; and as an officer in the U.S. Navy's Judge Advocate General's Corps.
