   David Debono David's extensive senior management background includes 15 years as President, Founder and Co-Owner of ElectricImages Studio Centre, a broadcast television production facility, which provided technical services to Canadian & US broadcasters. In addition, David was President of Arcca Animation, an award winning computer graphics company that produced work for television series, commercials and feature films. Before joining SCN, he worked as a strategic management and technical consultant to clients in the technology, media and broadcast sectors. David attended York University in Toronto where he acquired a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology and Strategic Management. David moved from Toronto to Regina in the summer of 2001 to assume the role of President and CEO at SCN.

   SCN Board of Directors Chair Diana Milenkovic announced today the Corporation's President and CEO, David Debono, will resign his position at the end of December, 2003.

   Under Debono's leadership, SCN has increased its focus on the Broadcast Network, which now boasts the highest percentage of regional productions in the network's 12-year history.
