   Marsha manages the Middlebury office of NITLE and supervises the work of our office managers in Ann Arbor and Georgetown. She serves as liaison to Middlebury College, host of our eastern office, on matters related to facilities and maintenance. She manages participant and staff travel and expense reimbursement processes; works with travel agencies and with Ithaka Finance to ensure that NITLE travelers receive the best possible rates and terms; maintains and disseminates NITLE's travel and expense reimbursement policies and purchasing policies for both participants and staff. Marsha also orders and distributes centrally managed office supplies, services, and equipment, and works with multiple sources and Ithaka Purchasing to ensure the best possible rates and terms on these goods and services.
   
   NITLE's Senior Office Manager, Marsha received her B.A. from St. Michael's College. She has 15 years of business experience, running property management companies and doing business consulting work, and an equivalent amount of experience in administrative work at Middlebury College. She was previously the Assistant Director of the Center for Educational Technology.
   
   Marsha's greatest joys are her family, including three terrific grandchildren, and many friends and NITLE colleagues, who help her enjoy a fulfilling and stimulating life.
