   Deborah DeBoer, a specialist in both real estate and education, has been named director of Training and Development for Baird & Warner.
   
   In her new position, DeBoer will concentrate on increasing the performance and productivity of the sales and management teams at Baird & Warner, the largest independent real estate company in Illinois and the oldest in the nation.

   DeBoer, an Orland Park resident, has a Masters degree in Training and Human Performance from Governors State University, Park Forest. She is also a licensed real estate broker and is certified to teach both prelicensing and continuing real estate education. She also is a graduate of the Realtors Institute for continuing education.
   
   Before joining Baird & Warner, DeBoer owned her own training and development company for real estate professionals as well as other career areas.
