Liz DeBiase, Human Resources Specialist

After attending the Virginia Women,s Institute for Leadership at Mary Baldwin College, Northern Virginia native, Liz DeBiase originally began her career in the hospitality industry, for a large national hotel chain, where her customer service and time management skills were truly put to the test.Due to cut backs in the industry Liz decided to pursue something more stable.

In February of 2005 Liz joined the Venture Marketing Solutions team, first as an account manager, then transitioning into HR, to assist Justin and Alex in reaching VMS,s exciting goals, both nationally and globally.
