   Emerson and Cuming, Billerica, Mass., has appointed Joseph DeBiase the new business director responsible for the sales and marketing of the company's new Circuit Assembly Materials Group. Prior to joining the company, DeBiase worked as marketing manager for Enthone-OMI Inc., West Haven, Conn.
   
   Tekra Corp.'s Advanced Technologies Group (ATG) has realigned its domestic sales department, naming Mark Ammermann technical sales specialist. A member of the company's sales team for more than five years, he will be responsible for serving the sputter coating industry.
