   Mr. Debbas is a successful financial executive based in New York City. For the past 30 years, he has grown a multimillion dollar public finance company specializing in asset based lending throughout the United States.
   
   Mr. Debbas is a graduate of the New School for Social Research in New York City, and of The American University in Cairo. He is an active philanthropist, and is involved with the Small Business Administration, The American University in Cairo, and the Egyptian American Community Foundation.
