  Franca has over 25 years of experience in client service and administration.She started her career in operations at Confederation Life in 1979.During her 16-year tenure with the organization, she held various key client account positions including supervising the Group Pensions Benefits Administration team.In 1996, she moved to The Prudential Assurance Company (acquired by London Life in 1997) as Associate Manager in the Group Pension Area.She was directly involved in transitioning the new Pension and Group RRSP account business for Prudential/London Life.
  
  Franca joined Burgundy in April of 1998 as Manager, Institutional Accounts.In July 2001, she was appointed a Vice President of the firm, directly responsible for all client accounts and administration.
  
  Over the past several years Franca has initiated a number of major enhancement projects including the development and implementation of a proprietary client service system, a comprehensive compliance review, the implementation of private client performance reporting, as well as a major conversion of our portfolio administration system.In April 2005 she was given the responsibility to manage the overall administration of the firm's U.S. operation.
  
  Franca successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course in November 1999 and has continued her management training with certificates from the Richard Ivey School of Business and Columbia University.
  
  She is also a member of Women in Capital Markets and the National Society of Compliance Professionals.
