   Soon after Maureen joined the Pivotal team, it was very evident that she was going to add a great deal of value. Her focus on customer service and her enthusiasm for her clients is contagious. With a strong background in management, accounting, and customer service, Maureen manages both the Air Passenger Route Tracking Program and the Physician Achievement Review (PAR) Program with Pivotal Research.
   
   Actively involved in the community, Maureen recently completed a one-year term as the chair of the parents' council for Tempo School in Edmonton . She enjoys traveling with her husband and two daughters, and is particularly fond of locations such as Florida and California's Napa Valley, where she and her family take full advantage of some of the finest scenery (and tastes!) in the world.

   We recently welcomed a new member to the Pivotal Research team: Maureen Debaji. Maureen is the internal project manager responsible for the Air Passenger Route Tracking Program© (featured below) and the Physician Achievement Review program. Our staff of 12 includes statisticians, consultants, and programmers in addition to approximately 30 part time surveyors.
   
   As we welcome Maureen, we bid a fond farewell to Nicola Bauer.
