Columbia, MD - Ascend One Corp., a company committed to helping consumers break the cycle of credit card debt, announces the hire of Deborah Deaton as Director of Operations for Amerix Corp.
Amerix Corp., a subsidiary of Ascend One, provides back office processing and technology for credit counseling and debt management organizations.
In her new role, Deborah is responsible for overseeing the areas of customer retention and creditor negotiations.
She also supports a team of contact center managers to ensure that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are achieved.

Deaton is a graduate of the University of Maryland with more than 20 years of leadership experience in operations, sales and account management.
Her background includes experience in accounts receivable management, process improvement, strategic planning and consulting experience.
Deaton has served as president and CEO of her own company Deaton Consulting, Inc., providing consulting services to major retailers and banks in the US and Europe.
Her customers included Sears, First Union, Washington Mutual, Barclay's Bank and Equifax Europe.
