"People often ask me, 'what criteria do you use for finding top-notch employees?' I tell them that I look for candidates with the best skills, the most impressive backgrounds, and a desire to help a company build and grow. And then once I've found that individual, I ask myself, 'Would this person have fun with us at the circus?' " (Suzanne Deasy)
