Telecommunications Consulting and Security was founded in 1993 by Dale Deason. The company was formed to provide businesses and corporation's expertise to prevent and identify voice network and voice system penetrations by hackers.
Prior to forming Telecommunications Consulting and Security, Dale served as a consultant to AT&T on several toll fraud initiatives.
