   There he supervised and created CB's local retail brokerage team. Bill was the top retail specialist, four of his first five years at CB Commercial and was the top five broker in Philadelphia's three office regions in 1990. From 1990 until 1994, Bill was the Philadelphia Board of Realtors Platinum Club recipient. Bill has been actively involved in the leasing and sale of over 415,860,000 square feet for more than $981,980,000 in consideration during the past eighteen years.

   Prior to joining Fidelity Commercial in January 1997, Mr. Deasey spent 11 years as a broker at CB Commercial Real Estate Group in the Philadelphia region. There he supervised and created CB's local retail brokerage team. Bill was the #1 retail specialist, four of his first five years at CB Commercial and was the #5 broker in Philadelphia's three office region in 1990. From 1990 until 1994, when he retired the award, Bill was the Philadelphia Board of Realtors Platinum Club recipient. Bill has been actively involved in the leasing and sale of over 15,860,000 square feet for more than $681,980,000 in consideration during the past thirteen years.
   
   He is an active member and State Operations Chairman in ICSC, as well as invited guest speaker for NACORE International.
   
   Mr. Deasey has a BA in History from Wheeling Jesuit University in Wheeling West Virginia. He resides in Bryn Mawr, PA with his wife Donna and their three children, Will, Zach and Michelle. He is active in both civic affairs and athletic events. In 1979 he was named a Carnegie Hero Commission Recipient for rescuing a downed helicopter pilot in the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, PA.
