   Prior to his employment with Sitara, DeArias worked at IBM Corporation, holding several key executive positions including division director of worldwide channel sales and marketing, director of emerging geographic markets and director of marketing and operations for Latin America.DeArias concluded his tenure at IBM's networking division as director, worldwide channel sales and marketing where he was responsible for driving more than $1.0 billion in indirect revenue sales.
