   Kirrily Dear is the Founder and Development Director of Eyes Wide Open.
   
   Kirrily has worked in the field of strategy and research for the last 13 years. Her experience extends internationally to include North America, UK, Europe and New Zealand. Kirrily has learnt the art of business strategy from the finest in the business, being exposed to the senior management teams of some of Australia's most respected organisations throughout her career. Clients have included Ciba, Brambles (BIL & Australia), Airservices Australia, NEMMCO, Recall (Global), Chep (Global).
   
   Kirrily thoroughly understands the challenge of creating change in established companies. Kirrily spent two years as a Sales Manager for a 170-year-old manufacturing company in Edinburgh, Scotland. During that time she was responsible for developing and implementing a major strategic shift in the company from being capability focused to being customer focused.
   
   Kirrily started Eyes Wide Open in 2000. While working in the corporate sector she would often field enquiries from business owners looking for support in developing their business strategy. After looking around for a supplier to refer them to, Kirrily identified a lack of practical solutions in the market. This insight led to the creation of Eyes Wide Open. Kirrily holds formal qualifications including a B.App.Sc (Hons) and is an accredited practitioner in the Myers Briggs Type Indicator and Strategic Alignment. Kirrily has also trained as a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
   
   Kirrily has now helped over 100 small and medium businesses get clear about their business direction and to establish successful growth strategies.
   
   Kirrily is a widely published writer in the field of business development. Articles on her work have appeared in the Australian Financial Review, NSW Law Society Journal, Business Review Weekly (BRW) and a range of industry magazines.
   
   Kirrily's other great passions in life are the outdoors and food (preferably together!).
