   Ian Deane - Faith Formation and Retreat Ministries Coordinator
   
   Ian joined the Don Lee staff full time in September of 2002. He came to us from a United Methodist camp, Westview on the James, in the Virginia Annual Conference. He had worked as an educator with the Coastal Communities program a few years back. He also has been on staff at Wesley Woods United Methodist Camp in Tennessee. Ian is also an EMT and does volunteer work with the Pamlico County Rescue Squad. He enjoys kayaking and mountain biking. His long-term desire is to be a camp director with hopes of it being somewhere in the west. Ian also is known as the one who does not have a southern accent. His is a little different. He is from England but has been in the US over seven years now.
