   Disque D. Deane, Jr. Mr. Deane has served as Senior Vice President of the Company since November 1997 and Vice President since November 1995, and has been primarily responsible for identifying, securing, structuring and developing potential acquisitions. In addition, since 1994, Mr. Deane has served as managing member of Water Investors, LLC, which researches, invests in and consults for publicly and privately owned water companies. From January 1992 to November 1995, Mr. Deane was employed as President of The Asset Trading Group, Inc., a financial consulting and investing firm. From March 1988 to December 1991, Mr. Deane was co-founder, director and Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Realnet SA, an on-line worldwide database of real estate properties. From 1985 to 1988, Mr. Deane worked in various capacities for the investment firms of Lazard Brothers in London and Lazard Freres in France. Mr. Deane holds an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from I.N.S.E.A.D. in Fountainbleau, France and a B.S. in Political Science and Economics from Duke University.
