   The Bombers are always keen to help out in the community!If you have an event which you want to add a quintessential American flavour to, then look no further than us: we would be pleased to help out in any way we can, be it through team or individual players and/or coaches making an appearance at fetes, galas, promotional events or (the big favourite) July 4th celebrations, or through the loaning of uniforms or equipment for stage productions. We make a small charge for such appearances or loans, and seek to give preferential treatment to those organisations of charitable status and to educational establishements.    On the field everyone has made me very proud to wear the black and red but there has been two that stand out - Rufus Grooby for being a true warrior and someone that lifts everyone,s spirits and wont let people quit thenthere,s our QB, Mat Dean, never before have I seen someone carry on despite taking such a beating, and that inspires people more than any words.

   The Bombers thought they had pulled 6 points back when Chris Henry caught a pass from quarterback Mat Dean in the corner of the endzone, only for the pass to be ruled incomplete as Henry was adjudged to have come down out of bounds.
