   Ms. Dean is a graduate of Harding Academy in Memphis , Tennessee and attended Freed Hardeman College. She was an Associate Agent with Northwestern Mutual Life prior to joining Holladay Property Services , Inc. She served as an executive secretary and was promoted to office manager in 1995. Her duties and responsibilities are daily operations of the Nashville office including human resources , to oversee employee orientation , office supplies , administration of service contracts and vender providers , and employee insurance benefits and claims. In addition , Ms. Dean is responsible for all tenant improvement and construction accounting , tracking via Budget Trac , accounts receivable and payables on non-medical related management projects via the MRI system.
