   Karin joined Water for Fish in 2003 after having run her own business consultancy company and worked for a large Occupational Psychology consultancy and test publisher. She is based in the Assessment Team and has extensive experience in the design and delivery of individual and group assessments for selection and development. A skilled facilitator, she has also been involved in a broad range of consultancy projects and presentation of training courses. She also has a keen interest in management development and coaching. Prior to attaining her MSc in Organisational Psychology, Karin had a long career in IT consultancy and project management, working for a number of international organisations which included American Express, Cap Gemini and KPMG.
   
   Out of the office, Karin spends time as a tutor for the Open University. She enjoys travelling, cooking, hiking and skiing, and convincing her husband that the directions from his GPS aren,t always right. As a qualified hypnotherapist, she is often found trying to persuade friends and ,volunteers, to act as case studies for her ongoing Diploma , her two cats having proved to be particularly uncooperative subjects.
