   "I strongly believe every organization needs to have a change in leadership," said Waterloo Beach President Jan Dean, who has served in that capacity the last six years. Under the organization's by-laws, officers serve three-year terms and can serve as many terms as they desire. Dean, though, does not want to run the organization anymore.
   
   "Everything fell on me and I think enough is enough," Dean said. With the treasurer and vice president positions unfilled for the last two years, Dean has had to assume those responsibilities as well as the presidential duties.

   Joe Cirino, Frank Kochevar and myself went around the neighborhood asking people to join the group when it started, said Waterloo Beach President Jan Dean, the only surviving founder of the organization, which represents all of North Collinwood.
