   James is a seasoned sales executive. He is currently an Executive Sales Consultant for Huthwaite. He consults with executive management at Fortune 250 companies to diagnose sales challenges and he then prescribes appropriate solutions with measurable results.
   
   He had spent the prior 10 years of his career in the software and financial consulting industries. He has held management level positions at Morgan Stanley, Bank One and Robert Half International. James was also instrumental in the start up of a successful financial software company.
   
   He was a graduate of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee with a double major in Business Administration and Organizational Development. He is Chairman of the Associate Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. James currently resides in Chicago.
