Meet Our Pastor - After traveling as an evangelist for five years, Pastor Jerry and Gina Dean began their pastoral duties in Arkansas in 1977. While serving as pastor in Arkansas, Pastor Dean was elected Youth President of the Arkansas District and served in that capacity for five years. From 1985 thru 1988 he served as the Director of Promotions and the General Youth Secretary with the General Youth Division of the United Pentecostal Church, Int.. In May of 1988, the people of the First Church of Bossier City elected them to serve as their pastor. Pastor Dean has been serving as the Men's Ministry Director for the Louisiana District since 1990 and also serves as the Vice-President of Apostolic Man Ministry in the UPCI. God has greatly blessed the church in Bossier under their leadership as they have led the church through two building programs. Pastor Jerry and Gina Dean are committed to helping hurting people and extend a warm welcome to all in the Bossier City area.
A man of great integrity & wisdom, Bro. Dean is well respected and received by the community. His love for his flock and for those who do not know Jesus Christ in the power of the Holy Ghost is superseded only by his love for Jesus Christ. He and his family are a wonderful blessing that we, as a church, do not take for granted. God has poured out His blessings in abundance upon this church, but the greatest of all blessings is the blessing of a wonderful Pastor and his family. -

-- GINA DEAN of TOWER, Minnesota
He was my hero and will continue to live on in my heart. President Reagan was a true American. He was a President one could be proud of and respect. I will always love him and remember that he was the first president that I had the honor to vote for. He was a true Republican and defined what that meant to me.
