   Bishop Dean is an ordained minister and has served the Stockton Community for the past 6 years. She has been ministering the word of God for 12 years. She is affiliated with the World Full Gospel Christian Alliance, which embraces all denominations. International Association of Biblical Christian Counselors (Diplomate), International Association of Full Gospel Fellowship, International Association of Biblical Christian Educators, Stockton Women's Network and Women's Success Group.
   
   Bishop Dean is also the founder of "A Ray of Hope Christian Women's Network".
   
   Bishop Dean is Senior Pastor of A Ray of Hope Ministries Christian Center, and is a mother of four children. She holds two Bachelors degrees in Business Administration and Theology, a Masters degree in Christian Counseling and Christian Psychology and a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and Christian Psychology. Bishop Dean has been blessed with many gifts and talents.
   
   She is a motivational speaker, counselor and she is the founder of Doula Dean-A Mother's Helper where she is a lay mid-wife, childbirth educator and lactation consultant. Her ministry is evangelistic outreach where she counsels men, women, teens and children who are hurting. She teaches them to biblically apply the storms in life as lessons and to know and understand who they are in Christ. She wants to impact lives around the world by preaching, teaching and ministering the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
   
   After walking in the valley of the shadow of death, God birthed hope inside Bishop Dean. Through much labor, this God given vision was birthed, known as "A Ray of Hope Ministries Christian Center", A Christ-Centered Counseling ministry and a fully accredited Theological Seminary, Bible College and International School of Divinity. A three time cancer survivor. . . She is truly A Ray of Hope and a walking miracle.
