   For example, she served as trial counsel for Mead Johnson in an alleged price fixing anti-trust case. In a case of first impression, she represented Bristol-Myers Squibb in over 300 personal injury cases resulting from the criminal dilution of chemotherapy products by pharmacist Robert Courtney.
   
   In the area of property taxes, Dean has been active in representing numerous commercial property developers in their challenge to property tax assessments. Since the statewide reassessment in Missouri, she has represented clients at every level, from informal hearing to the Missouri Supreme Court. Drawing on her years of teaching experience, she has represented school districts regarding school certification and special education compliance issues from the administrative hearing level through the Federal Court of Appeals.
