   Ben Dean represents hospitals, health care facilities, physician practices and other health care providers in state and federal civil litigation at all levels, including administrative agency, trial and appellate litigation. Mr. Dean received his undergraduate degree with highest honors from the University of North Carolina (1977), where he was a John Motley Morehead Scholar. He earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina (1984) and a Master of Laws degree from the Judge Advocate General's School in Charlottesville, Virginia (1998).
