Anyone with information about Phoebe Lou (Parsons) Dean, who was a nurse serving at Base Hospital 214 in France, which suffered a mustard gas attack during WWI. She was a US Army and a Red Cross nurse. She was born in Allegheny County, NC, around 1895. She married Benjamin Dean in CA around 1931. She died on Dec 25, 1932, in Alamosa, CO.
