Joan has been a parishioner since 1978. Over the years she has volunteered with many of the programs and ministries of the parish. She graduated from Sophia University in Tokyo and was in the first class to receive the Archdiocesan Certificate of Lay Ministry. She enjoys the people-to-people contact and strives to maintain a friendly and Franciscan atmosphere in the office. Joan and her husband, Deacon Jon, have 6 children and 4 grandchildren.

Deacon Jon has been a parishioner since 1978. Over the years Jon has been involved in all aspects of the parish serving on numerous committees. Deacon Jon retired from the Minneapolis Police Department in 1997 after 28 years of service. He was ordained a deacon in September of 1999.
