Debbie has designed and taught classes for Human Resource Development at NC Memorial Hospital (now UNC Health Care) in Chapel Hill, NC, since the late seventies. She has been an organizational training manager and is currently a senior consultant in HRD. Independently, she has worked with the NC Rural Economic Development Center; Women's Center of Raleigh; Veterans' Affairs Administration; Wake County's Women's Political Caucus; and the Department of Social Services, Salisbury, NC. Debbie is a graduate of NCMH Management/Leadership Institute at UNC-CH. She is a certified Targeted Selection administrator, Qwiz administrator, Crucial Conversations instructor, Becoming a Totally Responsible Person trainer, and certified to administer Personal Profile System.
