Currently, she serves as the Vice-President for Quality Assurance at WorkForce One in Lauderhill, Florida; and is the Florida Bureau Chief for the Caribbean Voice Newspaper (New York).

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Organization and Human Resource Development, and is a nationally certified Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), a nationally certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), and a national certified Career Development Facilitator Instructor.
