Jenny Davenport: Jenny Davenport is a Director of People in Business, creators of the concept of the Employer Brandâ„¢ which helps organisations refine and focus their people strategies. Before joining them, she spent ten years at the Industrial Society where she headed the Society's Employee Relations and Communication Department and helped set up the Internal Communication Association.
