Melanie is a proficient career/transitions consultant/counsellor.She is responsible for new program development, service delivery and quality control for assessment, transitions, career management and executive coaching programs.New programs recently introduced include virtual career centres and multi-rater assessments.Melanie has worked with organizations and individuals in transition for ten years.She has presented five hundred seminars and workshops on a wide range of topics including personal marketing and networking, work/life balance, career management, new workplace realities and retirement planning.She has been lead consultant for individual assessments for career development, management, planning and transition.She was instrumental in introducing Career Partner TM, a state-of-the-art, software- based, career-management and development program, to the Ontario marketplace.Melanie has been guest speaker at conferences, association meetings and professional development venues including NATCOM.She is a published author and a contributor to an internal training circular.Melanie has taught in the public and private system and assisted in the management of a film business.She is a board member for the Health Street Daycare Centre and was previously a mentor for York University's Learning Disability Mentorship Program and a volunteer at the Ontario Art Gallery.Melanie has an honours bachelor of arts degree and a bachelor of education degree from York University and is a certified practitioner for a number of proprietary career-management and executive coaching techniques and survey instruments.
