   Georges C. Daoud , 77 , a retired importer who was a member of St. Mary's Greek Orthodox Church in Falls Church , died Oct. 18 at Inova Fairfax Hospital. He had congestive heart failure.
   
   Mr. Daoud , who lived in Oakton , was a graduate of American University in his native Beirut. He founded his food , wine and liquor importing company with a partner in the late 1940s , moved to the Washington area in 1977 and retired in the early 1980s.
   
   His wife , Dorine Daoud , died in August.
