   Brian E. Danzis. Mr. Danzis, age 50,. Mr. Danzis has a twenty-five year career in broadcasting and telecommunications management. After college, he held positions in the broadcasting industry ranging from sales, sales management, general management and ownership. In 1989-90, Mr. Danzis served as the President of the Pennsylvania Association of Broadcasters, and participated in the funding and ownership of four commercial radio and television stations. Prior to founding and funding MNLC in 1998, Mr. Danzis founded two telecommunications tower businesses, which were sold to American Tower Corporation (NYSE/AMT) in early 1996, in a stock-for-stock transaction, for which he served as a Regional Vice President from 1996 to 1998.
   
   Mr. Danzis has a further background in software development, and was a Director of Netselector, Inc., a company sold to Apple Computer in 1999. Mr. Danzis has investment and/or management experience in additional industries including Internet site development, banking, and wireless telecommunications. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in speech and theater from Marymount College.
