   Prior to founding her own firm, Susan V. Danziger worked at Random House, Inc. as head of Business Affairs for both the Corporate Development/New Media Group and the Children's Media Division. Ms. Danziger previously worked as in-house counsel for BKN International, an international media company specializing in licensing, merchandising and television distribution.
   
   Ms. Danziger began her legal career as an associate at the firm of Kramer Levin in New York City, after having graduated from New York University School of Law. She is a member of both the New York State and Commonwealth of Massachusetts Bars and graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Cornell University. She also speaks French, German, and Italian and currently serves as Counsel to the firm of Danziger & Danziger.
