   There is no basis to such rumors, said Roche Pharmaceuticals (Israel) general manager Avi Danziger in response to reports that Teva would make Tamiflu.

   Danziger said that production of Tamiflu was complex and required over a year, and that only companies with advanced facilities could do it. Otherwise, production would take one to three years. He said even if other companies began production of Tamiflu, full production would only be ready for next year at the earliest.
