   Prior to joining Katzenbach Partners, Lisa was a community organizer for political campaigns and a project manager for several non-profit community development and violence prevention organizations. Her work ranged from passing a referendum to build a new football stadium in Seattle, to building a community coalition in Las Vegas, to managing a national youth violence prevention effort. Lisa holds an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where she served on the Allwin Initiative for Corporate Citizenship, and a BA in International Relations from Carleton College.
   
   K|P|L Projects: Lisa is currently working with a Fortune 500 company to analyze and improve its employee value proposition by using conjoint analysis to create utility values for employee preferences.
   
   Insight into Lisa: Lisa grew up in Washington and has had a knack for going to very small schools, in very cold climates, that are very isolated. She is excited to now be in New York City, except for walking up five floors to get to her apartment. In her free time she is looking forward to tasting all the cheeses at Murray's, going salsa dancing to live music, and riding her bike.
