   This year's campaign aims to increase immunization in the African-American and Hispanic communities, which are believed to have lower rates of immunization than other groups, said Jennifer Danzig, a spokeswoman for Community Health Improvement Partners, one of the event's sponsors.
   
   She attributed the low rates to fear that shots can cause the flu, which is not the case.
